Overview: The Technical Domain of the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) leveraging commercial processes and innovative enhancements established within the “evergreen” aspects of the General Services Administration (GSA) schedules program to incorporate dynamic teaming arrangements and to offer the right mix of professional and highly technical advisory and assistance services to Team Redstone.
Scope: S3 provides technical support through advisory and assistance services for the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) and its customers’ managed systems / equipment / technology. Some tasks may also support related non-US systems. S3 supports systems including missiles, rockets, airplanes, helicopters, and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). We also support the systems’ associated subsystems and support systems such as logistics support activity, technology development, software development, targets, simulators, test equipment, survivability equipment, air traffic control systems, and command and control systems.
