S³ Pledges to the WEDC Foundation

S³ is pleased to be a sponsor of Women’s Economic Development Council (WEDC) Foundation. Their mission is to empower women in our community to achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence by providing mentors, professional networking, development programs, and flexible financial assistance.

S³ is an annual sponsor of the annual Women Honoring Women (WHW) event. S³ CEO, Jan Smith, pledged $30,000 to Beth Brooks, WEDC Executive Director, at the 19th annual WHW event held 19 September 2019 at the VBC North Hall. CEO Smith delivered the check to Executive Director Brooks and JoAnn Perez, Chairperson, 2019 WHW at S³ on 2 October 2019.
