PEO STRI Omnibus Contract II (STOC-II) Vehicle Overview

Background:

The omnibus contract, known as STOC II (PEO STRI Omnibus Contract II), is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide simulation, training and instrumentation products and services for the Warfighter, beginning with concept development and continuing throughout life cycle support.

Scope:

The objectives of this contract include but are not limited to: 1) facilitating the leveraging of programs and technology (to include Joint and/or Joint-related) in the best interests of the U.S. Army and Department of Defense; 2) preparing the Warfighter to meet the challenges of the future Joint operational environment; and 3) supporting continued growth in the interoperability of Live, Virtual, Constructive and Testing solutions to enhance training and testing capabilities of the Warfighter.
