- Development and coordination of Joint, Allied, and Multinational (MN) experiment objectives and requirements
- Development and coordination of Army concept-based experiment objectives and support requirements
- Development of prototype experiment plans, including documentation for exercise and experiment directives

On-site liaison for TRADOC ARCIC and DCSINT to JFCOM J2, J7, J8, and J9 staffs for integration of a comprehensive set of matters of mutual interest

CIEMO representative to planning and execution bodies connected with the series of multinational experiments under JFCOM purview intended to improve C3 integration of allied and coalition forces

Lead CIEMO agent for coordination, compilation, and editing of the Warfighting Collaboration Required Capabilities – Synchronous (WCRC – S) document

Liaison with: Joint Staff J6, J8; DISA’s Net Centric Enterprise Services (NCES) Program Management Office; and US Marine Corps Centers of Excellence - to advocate for joint warfighters on web-based warfighter collaboration requirements
