Field and Readiness Support Teams (FIRST) Contract Vehicle Overview

Background:

FIRST is a five year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract which provides the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) and Installation Management Agency (IMA) with logistics support services across 12 task areas, 10 of which are designated for small businesses. FIRST has a combined award contract ceiling value of $9 Billion.

  2. Other DoD Contracting Offices/Federal Agencies with delegated authority by the FIRST Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO)
