Develops and implements the International Military Student Officer (IMSO) Program that includes a Personnel Support Plan that integrates all arriving foreign students into the training program effectively. Develops and implements an Information Program (IP) as outlined in DOD Directive 5410.17, AR 12-15 (Joint Security Assistance Training), and other regulations and policies, to include planning activities in accordance with the Brigade leadership's guidance and appropriate policies. Additionally, trains and prepares aviators for combat by training and evaluating combat maneuvering flight (CMF), employment of Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE), Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) operation, and employment and operation of the Tactical Engagement Simulation System (TESS) and Blue Force Tracker (BFT). Implements the supported unit's Aircrew Training Program (ATP); certifies and documents training in accordance with U.S. Army regulations and local standard operating procedures. When necessary, functions as line Instructor Pilot to assist with Initial Military Qualification Training in the AH-64D aircraft. Serves as the Master Gunner in the RN TSBN.
