Team S³ EXPRESS Technical Domain Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Overview

Background:

The EXPRESS Technical Domain BPA is a one-year BPA with unlimited award terms, awarded to S³ on May 12, 2009. This BPA provides technical advisory and assistance Services to the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) and its customers' managed systems/ equipment/ technology. There are 27 Technical Functional Specialty areas and 36 supported systems/ equipment.
